"Paid £20 for a bottle with nothing in it."
I ordered Olaplex0, but it showed up as just an empty bottle; the product must've soaked into the packaging. I've sent two emails about this issue, complete with photos, but haven't heard back from them at all. I'm really let down.

This is my second purchase and they really have the best deals and items. My package was a bit late because of the royal mail strikes, but I reached out to customer service and Liv got back to me super fast with a nice reply. I’ll definitely be shopping more at Beauflo.

I had a bit of a hiccup with a shampoo I ordered online; the squirt mechanism wasn’t functioning. I reached out to customer service, unsure if I’d get a response. Ellie got back to me right away and guided me through what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Interestingly, the mechanical glitch fixed itself when I gave it another go, so no extra steps were necessary. I was genuinely impressed with how fast and effectively Ellie handled my concern. "Hair Straightening Spray from Catwalk"
I ordered a hair straightening spray and thought I’d be waiting around 3 to 5 days, especially with the postal strike going on. But to my surprise, it showed up in just a couple of days! It was packed really well, in two separate packages, and arrived in perfect condition. I've dealt with other companies before, and their products often came with broken tops, so I’m super happy this one made it in one piece. Plus, it’s an awesome spray for keeping my hair straight. I’ve tried a few others, but I can’t find this one in stores anymore.
